County Community Concert Association

providing quality live musical concerts in the Lebanon County community for the
past 76 years. Your organization, church, or group can
partner with us to help keep the tradition alive and receive Five Dollars
for each full-price subscription that you send to us…

Download PDF copies of the
2009 Partner Flyer and the
2009 Partner
Subscription Form,

Print your organization’s name where requested on the subscription form,

Copy and distribute the form to your members.
That’s it! For each
of your members who completes the form and mails it to the address printed at
the bottom of the form… your organization will receive $5 and be recognized at
our October 11 concert as an LCCCA Community Partner.
