• How many concerts are presented in a season?

The Lebanon County Community Concert Association is pleased to present five in-person concerts per season—September through May.

• Where do concerts take place?

Our in-person concerts, unless otherwise announced, take place in the William D. Starr Auditorium at Lebanon High School, 1000 S. 8th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042. Concert start times are 3pm, with auditorium doors opening at 2:15pm; the atrium space is available for entrance at 2pm. Special performances by student performers begin at 2:45pm.  The virtual concerts are presented by a link provided to subscribers on the weekend of each virtual concert.

• How can I attend the concerts?

The live concerts can be attended by going to Lebanon High School on the day of the concert.

• How do I purchase a season subscription or individual ticket? 

Season subscriptions for the 2023-24 Season went on sale on April 11, 2023. The 2023-2024 Season  Subscription cost is $75 -- the same as it was before COVID and a great value at just $15 per concert!! 

Season subscriptions are available throughout the season for purchase online or by mail or on the day of any concert.  Individual tickets are also available on-line or by mail, and go on-sale approximately 30-days prior to the concert date.

• How do I attend the Patron Concert / How do I support the work of the LCCCA?

Our annual Patron Concert is the way we say "Thank you!" to our audience members. A donation of $30 qualifies our donors to TWO tickets to our Patron Concert. All donations are tax-deductible, with all proceeds benefiting the performing arts. We encourage you to check out our "Patrons" page for more information.

• Do students and children require a ticket?

Children age 16 yrs or younger are invited to attend concerts free-of-charge with a season subscriber or individual ticket holder. Older high-school and college students are invited to purchase a season ticket at a special rate of just $15!

Attending Concerts

• How does parking and transportation work during concert days? 

Lebanon High School boasts a large parking lot near the main atrium / auditorium entrance. Audience members arriving with groups / in buses may be dropped-off near this entrance. Bus parking is available in the front of the Lebanon High School.

• What security and safety measures are in place? 

The safety measures at each of our concerts include the presence of uniformed security officers who conduct bag checks and monitor the screening kiosks at the main entrance of Lebanon High School, as well as a First Aid and Safety Patrol officer.  These individuals have been trained and are available  to assist with any safety and/or security  issues that might  occur during the course of a concert.

• Are there items that are not allowed in the theatre? 

Audience members are asked to refrain from bringing prohibited items such as weapons into the auditorium. Also, please refrain from bringing in large items such as purses, bags and umbrellas, in addition to food.

​

• How are weather delays or cancellations communicated?

Unforeseen weather delays and cancellations can impact our concert schedule. All delays or cancellations will be announced on our website and on local media.
